[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide actuarial services of its self-insured workers’ compensation program, annual evaluation and report will include projections of outstanding liabilities, future loss costs, cost allocation, and future cash flows, also include paid loss development, incurred loss development, reported, open, and closed claims, medical and indemnity for workers’ compensation, allocated loss expense, recoveries, loss by unit of exposure, average claim size, size of loss distribution, loss trends adjusted by consumer price index CPI, payment patterns, payment and recovery estimates for the upcoming ten (10) fiscal years, including the year during which the study is produced, ultimate costs and counts, discounted and undiscounted ultimate cost estimates at various confidence levels for the upcoming ten (10) fiscal years, including the year during which the study is produced, case loss reserves, indicated future loss development, total indicated reserve targets; and development agency cost allocations.
- Actuarial study will consider the nature and evolution of the city’s workers’ compensation programs, plus any other relevant factors (such as state laws), insofar as these considerations may affect the data trends.
(2) All question must be submitted in written no later than May 17, 2019.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location
