[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide post-employment health reimbursement account administration services to contract with a firm to provide Voluntary Employees Beneficiary Association (VEBA) Plan Trust administration, record keeping, communications, and other related services for County. The County will designate a custom set of investments to be administered.
• Providing support for as many administrative functions as deemed appropriate
• Minimizing Trust and Participant administrative expenses
• Administering and managing the most appropriate investment menu, as deemed by the County
• Providing participant information and communication materials
• Providing robust on-line transaction and information capabilities
- Firm will work with County to help manage a custom set of investments to be administered (the County makes final decision on investments).
- Provide support for as many administrative functions as deemed appropriate.
- Minimize Trust and Participant expenses.
- Offer the most appropriate investment menu, as deemed by the County.
- Provide participant information and communication materials.
- Provide robust on-line transaction and information capabilities.
- Provide no front-end charges
- Provide at a minimum quarterly reporting on plan performance and enrolment.
- Provide no back-end charges
- Provide no restrictions or penalties associated with any Trust- or participant-initiated transfers or withdrawals
- Accurately and fully disclose all expenses and revenue associated with any service made available under the Trust.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than May 7, 2019.
(3) The contract term will be for two years.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
