[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide it staffing and professional services includes the following to the government authority located in Thornton, CO.
- Staffing services refer to situations where the district is involved in things such as temporary hiring, permanent hiring, contract-to-hire, etc, with help from a staffing agency that specializes in it, or related areas, for instance, it has been involved in recent years in hiring temporary contractors and permanent staff in various skill sets including desktop support, project management, software development, systems administration, service desk support, etc
- Professional services refers to situations where the district is looking not for job applicants but for professional services, outsourced it services, or other expertise and ability from outside vendors to pull off a particular project or ongoing support need, because there may not be enough internal staff or the right skillset to meet a desired outcome at a particular point in time
- Software engineers net programmers, java programmers, web developers, share point and mobile platform development, systems integration, quality assurance and testing
- Analysts, data analysts, application analysts, systems analysts, and business analysts
- Project managers it project managers with experience in infrastructure and software projects, with expertise in process improvement
- System administrators and field engineering support. desktop pc and mobile device support, switched network support, and wi-fi network management in the field
- Enterprise network administrators, data center and enterprise-grade network technologies in virtualization, san, active directory, backup, core network, switched network, wi-fi network, data center automation, security and web filtering and firewalls, identity management, etc
- Database technologies, server dbas, database analysts, specialists, business
intelligence developers, report developers, analytics developers
- It management. senior-level it personnel with 10-15 years’ experience in it leadership.
- People soft financials and hr. functional analysts, technical developers and server admins.
- Data entry, high quality data entry people who have worked in highly regulated or structured
settings
- Software services administrator Linux and windows server admins, web farm admin, web logic and people soft server admin, share point farm admin, performance monitoring and upgrade and maintenance of a variety of departmental and mini-ERP applications
- Cybersecurity engineer: providing ancillary support for projects, review, incident response, and times of peak work volume.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than May 16, 2019.
(3) The term of the contract shall be one year.

[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
