[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide permitting licensing and land management system include a general discussion of the proposer’s overall understanding of the project.
- The proposal shall explicitly state the name of any firms or products that are part of the proposed solution to the city
- List and describe all software proposed modules
- Include information on the company’s customer base, such as the number of public sectors clients the company serves, the number of local government clients, and the number of public sector clients in the state
- Identify any national and regional user groups that your company has, explain the purpose and function of the user groups
- Ability to issue and track multiple licenses in various categories for one business
- Ability to link bond to a contractor and license allowing a single bond to be applied towards various permit and across permit types
- Ability for system to auto-apply payments and disbursements in a pre-defined hierarchy.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than May 14, 2019.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
