[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide community outreach and conceptual master plan design services for design team services including but not necessarily limited to community outreach and early planning analysis including housing needs analysis, identifying, community needs, neighbourhood, contextual analysis, opportunities, constraints, land planning, zoning analysis, master planning, environmental assessment and identifying development phasing opportunities,
- Fundamental opportunity to begin an earnest process of community involvement in the future development of the affordable housing facilities at the site and the harmonization of the development with its natural surroundings and neighbourhood context to the government authority located in Aspen, CO.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than May 17, 2019.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
