[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide conflict resolution facilitation and consensus service for the river recovery program, work enhances multiparty problem solving and decision-making by helping parties work together, build a shared understanding of issues, address concerns, and develop strong outcomes, river ecosystem and habitat for fish and wildlife, while maintaining the congressionally authorized uses of the river, effort relies on collaborations with a wide range of governmental, academic, and private organizations that are working to deliver products, including extensive scientific analyses, efforts by developing recommendations for the agencies implementing the ecosystem management efforts to the government authority located in Lakewood, CO.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than May 14, 2019.

[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
