[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide environmental monitoring, testing and project design consulting services, provides the services necessary to manage asbestos containing materials and lead, mold and other environmental hazards within facilities and on campus grounds to the government authority located in Denver, CO.
- Survey, bulk sampling, inspection, investigation, and report preparation for removal or design for removal of lead and other environmental hazards for various projects.
- Assess hazards posed by the presence of lead and other environmental conditions and recommend appropriate response actions.
- Plan in conjunction with and representatives of the constituent institutions, the scope, timing, phasing and remediation methods to be utilized on abatement projects.
- Oversee the scope, timing, phasing and remediation methods to be utilized on abatement
projects.
- Provide comprehensive reports detailing monitoring activities at the conclusion of all abatement projects.
(2) A mandatory pre-submittal conference will be held on April 22, 2019.
(3) All questions must be submitted no later than April 25, 2019.
(4) A contract term will be for two years.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
