Government Authority located in Colorado; USA based organization looking for expert vendors for Antivirus solution.
[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide an advanced Antivirus solution for approximately 30,000 PCs, Macs, and servers.
- To be responsive, the proposal must include or answer the following:
- The solution cannot rely solely on signature-based detection and must address malicious file-less attacks/persistent mechanisms such as use of built-in administrative tools (Living-Off-The Land attacks) or in-memory malware. The district will be the sole judge of what is acceptable.
- The solution must have a roll-back process in case something should go wrong with deployment of updates or policies.
- Describe the process of deploying your solution to Windows, Mac, and Linux operating systems
- Detail any endpoint installation automation options your solution offers
- Is the solution on premise, cloud-based, or hybrid? The District is open to all options. Offerors may provide multiple solutions within one proposal. In such case, please ensure that all solutions contain all answers to our requirements and that pricing for each solution is clearly marked
- Provide a network diagram that details the solution’s servers, endpoints, and data flow. Point out any components the District will need to configure and install.
- What ports and protocols would the solution require for use and administration?
- Provide bandwidth requirements and bandwidth estimates for all transaction types.
If proposing an on-premise solution, the application will be placed behind a load balancer for security and resiliency purposes. Explain if this is compatible with your proposed solution
- Any hybrid solutions, where some components are in the SAAS/Cloud and others are on premise, must use secure protocols, e.g. SSL TLS, for inter-data transfer. Explain how you will meet the District's secure protocols for a hybrid solution.
- Please provide API documentation link that demonstrates what REST API endpoints your solution has available.
(2) A pre-proposal conference will be held on April 18, 2019.
