[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide transit fare system for gather data to support planning activities, maintenance problems on vehicles as well as issues at the back office when the data collection system has failed and data was lost, reduce operator workload and to provide robust data for planning purposes, able to evolve to take advantage of future enhancements in electronic-payment and transit industries, automated and scalable for recording and processing institutional and employer passes or special services, eliminate the need for paper transfers, enable adoption of emerging fare payment technologies, improve fare collection equipment reliability including operation during cold weather, encourage the use of fare media over cash, easy to use for customers and operators, accommodate fare policy objectives.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than April 15, 2019.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
