[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide production of a series of movies and music events on Fridays in August. The City hosts a series of events held on the first four Fridays in August of each year as a free family-friendly gathering for its residents. The event is iconic, attracting approximately 1,000 people per event. A band plays from 7 p.m. until dusk, and then a family-friendly movie is shown on a large blow-up screen. The events take place in Parfet Park, located in the heart of downtown Golden alongside Clear Creek. Event goers begin shuffling in as early as 5 p.m. to get a spot on the lawn. Blankets and low-back chairs cover the entire park by the time the movie begins. Food trucks line the back of the event, giving people a choice of refreshments. This is an extremely popular event for residents and visitors.
(2) The contract term will be for one year.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
