[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide organizational assessment services consultants to conduct an assessment of the City's Public Works Department across the perspectives of organizational structure, effectiveness and efficiency, stewardship of public resources, adaptability to future challenges, especially related to community demographic changes and technology, alignment with current city goals; and employee engagement to the government authority located in Boulder, CO.
