[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide law enforcement records access management system.
- Presently there are two law enforcement citation systems in use from the legacy divisions the Law Enforcement Citation System and the Violation Management System.
- Law Enforcement Citation System primarily used by park officers for all citation and case management in the 42 state parks, the system stores all of the relevant case information including officers, witnesses, victims, offenders, as well as the details of the incident, system tracks the process of any and all citations throughout the payment, docketing and disposition stages, as well as provides reporting at various levels, also allows officers to document incidents that do not have an associated citation number and assigns an incident report number to the report.
- Violation Management System is used primarily by wildlife officers to track citations with regard to hunting and fishing violations, system tracks the process of any and all citations throughout the payment, docketing and disposition stages along with numerous reports at various levels, system tracks points that are assessed against hunting and fishing violations for purposes of hunting and fishing license suspensions and system provides notifications via email to officers when a disposition or an action is required for a citation.
(2) All question must be submitted in written no later than February 22, 2019.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location
