(1) Vendor needs to provide smart parking meters and parking management systems for parking enforcement, payment processing and permit management, credit card and coin payment capable, on-going communication with vehicle drivers to indicate time left on meter via mobile applications, allow for mobile payment and have the ability to integrate with other future mobile payment applications.
