Vendor needs to provide financially sound organization to research, develop and distribute a Strategic Plan for the design and implementation of recovery support services.
- Plan will assist in the identification, integration and development of recovery support services to improve short and long-term health outcomes for individuals with substance use disorder.
- The contractor shall conduct a data-driven landscape and gap analysis.
- Develop a scoring system that identifies high, medium and low priority gaps between recovery support needs and available services/supports.
- Finalize statewide strategic plan for recovery support services.

[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
