[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide ticketing solution and implementation for the annual offerings of events to
• Internet-based administrative capability to build events/performances, sell tickets, access reports, etc., from any off-site terminal with internet access;
• Creation and editing of house seating plans;
• Creation of customer-friendly visual representation of seating;
• Permission to create assigned and general admission seating events or a combination of both;
• Multiple price capability in same seating area based on membership and special offers;
• Designation of handicapped accessible, wheelchair, and other special seating;
• Repricing of seats after they have gone on sale;
• Archived records of past events, performances, seasons etc.;
• Physical ticket design customization including barcode readable tickets;
• Creation/change of online Coupon/Discount Codes and Passwords to unlock sale access to designated customer base;
• Assignment of "genre" of programming for marketing purposes (country music, standup comedy, musical, etc.); and
• Process ticket sales, memberships and contributions.
A. Online Functionality:
• Ability for online customer to advise handicapped / accessibility issues;
B. In-House Functionality:
• Easy customer invoicing for group sales;
C. Marketing Features:
• Online photographic view of stage from each seating area;
• Ability to generate, distribute and analyze patron surveys;
D. Other Features:
• Customizable, responsive design capabilities to emulate graphics and functionality of current Parker Arts website;
• The ability to include pictures, links, video, multiple fonts, colors, sizes, etc., to website design;
• Event announcements and show date reminders to customers via email;
• Accurate, easy migration of customer data (name, address, email, etc.) from current existing ticketing program;
• Capability to interface with other email marketing solutions;
• Fully compatible database download formats for mail outs/data cleaning, etc.; and
• Sign up for general interest mailing list.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than December 10, 2018.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
