[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide food and beverage concessions services at the designated parks and recreation facilities during operating hours and scheduled games and events as further detailed in the concession agreement to the government authority located in Loveland, CO.
- The City will provide a schedule for hours of operation at the beginning of the concession season, and any adjustments thereto will be provided at least one week in advance, when possible. Concessions must be open one hour prior to the opening of the facility or the commencement of scheduled games and events and shall continue until the facility closes or the game or event is completed, unless an alternate schedule is agreed upon in advance by both parties.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than December 26, 2018.
(3) Contract period will be for one year.
