[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide independent financial services for police, street maintenance, parks, municipal court, planning and zoning. The Town also owns and operates enterprise activities including electric, water distribution, wastewater, storm water and property management to the government authority located in Lyons, CO.
- Review and adjust trial balance,
- Review debt and financing agreements,
- Review cash reconciliations and investments,
- Review budget for year under audit,
- Review grants receivable for year under audit and assist with preparation of SEFA schedule,
- Assist with preparation of Audit Schedules as requested by Auditors,
- Assist with year-end accruals and reconciliations,
- Review Financial Statements from Casella,
- Review fixed asset schedules including additions, deletions, and depreciation,
- Review inventory schedules,
- Review payroll records and assist with preparation of payroll accrual and reconciliation of payroll liabilities,
- Assist with preparation of revenue accruals,
- Assist with preparation of HUTF Report.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than December 7, 2018.

[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location
