[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide multi-carrier shipping software to following
- The successful software must include a web-based system that is easy to use, functional, supports standardized hardware, has fast uploads, has responsive customer support, and is truly Multi-Carrier.
- There is a full-time on-site Information Technology Manager familiar with the Shipping department (and implemented the current system) that will be the project leader and coordinate the installation, configuration, and setup of the application to comply with all CSU Information Technology policies and procedures.
- must operate fully as a Software as a Service (SAAS We do not have a desire to host our own solution at this time (on-premise).
- Describe how you overcome an internet outage (does your software run a local client backup?)
- Software must effectively handle outbound parcel shipment volume of 15,000+ pieces annually with room to grow.
- The Client Software (Shipping Desk) must fully support (including peripheral support) Microsoft Windows 7, Windows 10, and modern web browsers.
- The web portal application should fully support Microsoft Windows 7, Windows 10, and modern web browsers.
- The software must provide a web user the ability to create and manage a Personal Address Book. A Corporate-Wide Address Book is not required or needed.
- The software should have the ability for customizable HTML e-mail notifications upon shipment send and delivery.
- The software must have the ability for Return Service Label generation or electronic sending of carrier label.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than November 27, 2018.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location
