(1) Vendor needs to provide strategic operating plan development consultant services to evaluate current transit needs, plan to optimize existing services and resources, and plan for future service demand and expansion to the government authority located in Telluride, CO.
- The project will result in the development of an actionable strategic operating plan driven by community input that includes a robust financial and resource analysis, recommendations for service sustainability and key service expansion opportunities, and a final report.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than October 29, 2018.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
