Vendor needs to provide compensation consultant services to assist in job classification creation and review as well as periodic market surveys and wage plan changes and, to maintain classification and compensation system that is market driven and in line with the organizations we survey to the government authority located in Durango, CO.
- A market survey for the General, Labour and Trades and Public Safety Compensation/Classification Plans every three years or as market conditions dictate.
- Periodic market reviews of selected positions and recommendations on placement within the plan. Market surveys as needed.
- Departmental reviews to determine optimum structure and staffing levels.
- Creation, review and/or modification of job descriptions.
- Merit plan reviews and recommendations.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
