[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide telecommunication master plan services to the government authority located in Greenwood Village, CO.
- Develop a Master Plan of preferred locations from a technological and aesthetics point of view for telecommunications infrastructure and supporting fiber backbone in the City.
- Define, develop, and draft small cell aesthetic design standard guidelines that will be integrated or referenced in the master plan for small cell and future generation deployments.
- Address technological needs of wireless equipment, power requirements, and ability to limit size and minimize visibility (form factors, concealment shrouds).
- Minimize impact to Public Rights-of-Way (ROW).
- Maintain standardized aesthetic appearance in order to maintain the integrity of the existing character in residential, commercial, or recreational areas.
- Ensure safe pedestrian, bicycle and automobile facilities.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than October 29, 2018.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
