[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide investigative consultant services to the government authority located in Fort Collins, CO.
- Vendor will meet in person or via telephone with the within five days of notice to discuss the allegations to be investigated.
- Vendor will conduct the initial assessment of the complaint.
- Vendor will work with the to develop questions for the investigation based on the unique situation.
- Vendor will develop the scope of the investigation and provide with a written plan within five days of the initial consultation.
- Vendor will work with issue any required Notice of Investigation letter, which requirement and contents of the Notice will be dictated by relevant City policies, to the involved employee(s) that addresses matters such as the scope of the investigation, privacy policies, and retaliation concerns.
- Gather relevant documents or other relevant evidence (i.e.; time cards, employment files, logs, memos, etc).
- Conduct individual interviews and collect individual statements from employees.
- Identify appropriate follow up actions based on obtained evidence.
- Amending the scope of the investigation, as may be needed, based on obtained evidence.
- Vendor will present the facts and a definitive result in the form of a reliable, inclusive, well-written, professional report to that includes findings related to the allegations and questions raised.
- Vendor must be available to cooperate with the City if any follow up actions, such as written statement or testimony, is required in a subsequent claim, action or lawsuit that involves Vendor investigation.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than October 31, 2018.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
