[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide teaching assistants service for distance learning to the government authority located in Greeley, CO.
- Provide teaching assistants (also known as academic coaches or instructional associates), who under the close supervision of the faculty of record will assist faculty in course instruction, and support the delivery of the online degree programs. such teaching assistants will be evaluated by the faculty of record prior to the conclusion of each course.
- Contractor will provide a system to send qualification documents, e.g. resume and CV and official transcripts of prospective teaching assistants to university for purposes of approval for University courses of instruction.
- Contractor will provide teaching assistants with a conference call number at contractor’s expense for weekly conference call with the faculty of record.
- Contractor will coordinate pre-course, during course, and post-course communication and coordination between faculty and teaching assistants.
- Contractor will agree on the scheduling and assignment of a teaching assistant to courses with small enrollment numbers, as appropriate.
- The Contractor will use an evaluation methodology for ensuring the highest level of performance in the Teaching Assistant role, including a specified plan for continual performance improvement in relation to the Teaching Assistant instructional skills and competencies.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than November 2, 2018.
(3) Contract period will be for one year.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
