(1) Vendor needs to provide custodial services operational efficiency study to consultant to assess and analyze current custodial operations in order to develop updated custodial services for all 60 facilities, serviced along with recommendations associated with improved efficiency and effectiveness, consultant efforts shall be based on industry benchmarks, standards and best practices, assessment phase, analysis phase, development phase to the government authority located in Boulder, CO.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than September 29, 2017.
(3) Contract period will be for one year.
