[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide abatement and disposal services of asbestos cement water pipe to all labor, supervision, materials, equipment, supplies, etc., necessary for material is generally consided to be a non-friable asbestos contain material, but after years of weathering the ends are showing substantial wear and damage making the materials a friable asbestos containing building material so to removal and disposal of the asbestos cement material soil need to be removed and properly disposed of to the government authority located in Pueblo, CO.
(2) A mandatory pre-bid conference and site inspection will be held on September 26, 2017.
(3) All question must be submitted no later than September 29, 2017.
