(1) Vendor needs to provide privileged access management system.– Providing privileged access management solutions to enhance the City’s cybersecurity posture– Cloud–based technology systems and services are most often consumed as Software–as–a–Service, Platform–as–a–Service, or Infrastructure–as–a–Service.– Storage and transmission of City sensitive and restricted data– Computation and analytic capabilities required as part of the delivery of a city service or capability– Application integrations that allow data sharing between a city technology asset and a third–party technology asset– Primary and secondary internet service provider contracts– Software technology purchased and installed on City network infrastructure by City IT personnel(2) All questions must be submitted no later than April 18, 2025.
