[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide strategic communications, project branding and marketing services of the project potential locally, regionally, nationally, internationally, nonprofit investors, to build excitement about uniquely positioned campus, target message for local, regional, national and international stakeholders.
(2) A pre-proposal conference will be held on August 3, 2016.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
