Government Authority located Colorado; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for Direct Marketing Services.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide Direct Marketing Services for the development, operation and maintenance of a public mass transportation system for the benefit of the citizens of its geographic district, to provide customer information, increase ridership and revenue, and to build customer and community relationships, function as an in-house advertising and marketing agency and have need for Direct Marketing Services
1. Direct mail project planning and marketing strategic planning.
2. Custom list research and acquisition.
3. Data processing, including merging/purging, assigning individual sequential key
codes, variable data, etc.
4. Printing, including one- to multi-color jobs and imprinting.
5. Finishing processes, including letter folding and die cutting.
6. Mail processing, ink Jetting, tabbing, manual/automated insertions, labeling and match mailings.
7. Fulfillment, including receipt of direct mail response cards, tabulation, returns, and mailing of fulfillment items.
8. Procedures for obtaining postal discounts.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than June 17, 2019.
(3) A contract period will be for three years.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
