[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide audio visual digital system and renovation service for projection aspect projection screens in the lecture hall, shall be cleaned, maintained and re‐used the av contractor shall verify the, screen dimensions in the mandatory walkthrough.
- Portable stage confidence monitor – podium plate output- an hdmi output for a future portable confidence monitor shall be added via a disconnect‐able plate and panel in the bottom or side of the podium.
- Digital video system- the lecture hall has an existing analog video system. the existing analog video equipment in the lecture hall shall be entirely replaced from end to end by a new flexible, 4k video and cabling backbone digital crestron digital media, modular switching, scaling system of appropriate capacity.
- Wireless video collaboration systems- shall provide and
install wireless video collaboration systems, at the equipment rack location,
crestron airmedia for wireless video collaboration within the lecture hall and at the podium location, appletv for wireless video collaboration within the lecture hall. the wireless collaboration systems shall be fully integrated with the av video routing and control system equipment to be a user selectable video source, content source, etc.
- Videoconferencing system- the videoconference system in the lecture hall shall primarily be via zoom web-based conferencing via the podium desktop pc with connections for a portable codec cisco sx80 codec or cisco codec plus provided by ucd and integrated by the av contractor via a disconnect‐able plate and panel in the bottom or side of the podium to the government authority located in Aurora, CO.
(2) A mandatory pre-conference will be held on June 7, 2019.
