(1) Vendor needs to provide staffing analysis services for facilities and asset management workgroup, response to growing needs and skills required have evolved to respond to advances in building technology, asset and energy management within an organization experiencing significantly higher project workload and increased operating and maintenance responsibility that now impacts core services, efficiently staff a team with the right capacity, skills and processes to deliver service excellence, brainstorming sessions with the workgroup to understand how the team prefers to work together; gaps in the workgroup; and team challenges, demonstrated understanding of organizational transformation in providing services to the government authority located in Boulder, CO.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than June 10, 2019.

Performance of the work will be Onsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
