[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide laboratory information management software
- Platform, designed specifically for a construction materials and geotechnical testing laboratory, to provide a system to manage projects and collect, organize, calculate and report materials testing data for concrete, grout, aggregate, soils, rock, masonry blocks and mortar, steel and other testing,
Samples,
- The capability of tracking personnel certifications, provide a readily accessible database of equipment documentation for tracking laboratory equipment maintenance calibration dates and the capability of producing reports that meet the needs for all of the above,
- laboratory information management software must be designed specifically for a construction materials and geotechnical testing laboratory for managing projects and lab management,
- The software must be designed to track samples for concrete, grout, aggregate, soils, rock, masonry blocks and mortar, steel and other testing samples to provide include the following:
- Document the stages of processing: collect, organize, calculate and report materials testing data,
- Track personnel certifications, equipment documentation, laboratory equipment maintenance, and calibration dates,
- Electronic worksheets shall be configured to reclamation visual identity standards and support data collection and reporting styles.to collect all the information required by the method, perform calculations and checks, and produce test reports in accordance with the method,
- The software shall be able to receive and integrate custom specifications that are to be applied to a specific test, be customizable for different projects, and have the capability to receive and integrate bulk entering of the data for a repeating one type of test on multiple samples or for a list of inventory equipment,
- Testing report outputs shall have the ability to document and show supervisors or peer reviewer’s approval of the report before transmitting,
- An ongoing maintenance program is required to keep the software up to date with current testing methods and industry changes.
(2) This bid is set aside for total small business.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
