[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide strategic facility needs assessment services for a new police and public works facility, future build cost estimates, space needs, detailed functions for each facility, and provide a preliminary site assessment, plan/timeline for accomplishing the project, quantity and type of in-person meetings, breakdown of prices and fees for different aspects of the project, references, and samples of previous comparable projects, creating signature cultural and recreational opportunities, attracting and growing top-tier businesses and a diverse economy, determine facility needs of the police department in their own or shared facility, or one shared with public works, including a detailed breakdown of functions, assess the existing municipal building for opportunities as police and public works vacate their spaces to the government authority located in Lone Tree, CO.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than June 12, 2019.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
