[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide benefits consultant services for Medical, Rx and Wellness, Stop Loss, Dental, Vision, Basic Life, Supplemental Group Term Life, Long Term Disability, Flexible Spending Accounts and COBRA Plan.
- Consult on the Plan's benefit design, administration, financial position and claims experience
- Advise the Town with negotiations with the Plan's insurance carriers, reinsurance carriers or third-party administrators on such matters as premium renewal rates, reserve and retention charges, as well as alternative contracts and underwriting methods
- Prepare monthly summary claims utilization
- Advise and consult on changes in benefits, eligibility rules, administration and claims procedures.
- prepare special reports and actuarial analyses on matters with required study or action
- Assist in the development of employee communications material
- Advise Human Resources regarding the Town's responsibilities in handling unusual eligibility issues or regarding claims which might require special handling
- Advise and assist the Town with respect to developments affecting claim forms, procedures and problems.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than May 28, 2019.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
