[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide enterprise resource planning software.
- Learn more about the various modern technology options for hosted or managed service platforms, and software-as-a-service (SaaS);
- Best address the Requestors’ urgent need to replace or modernize their current ERP/SIS environments;
- Obtain representative cost estimates for ERP/SIS software including licensing and subscription fees, annual maintenance costs, hosting fees, and other ongoing costs that can be used for budgetary and planning purposes;
- Obtain planning estimates of the cost and requisite timelines to install, configure and deploy the ERP/SIS solution to all three institutions using a phased approach;
- Obtain planning estimates of appropriate campus staffing recommended to prepare for, implement, manage, and maintain the ERP/SIS solution;
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than May 17, 2019.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
