Vendor needs to provide comprehensive information technology solution that provides data collection, form creation and data management for allow users to input and access data to conduct electronic monitoring, perform general supervision responsibilities, and assist in meeting accountability requirements, user friendly and intuitive dashboard with the ability to provide a wide variety of dashboard data views, allows for a separate instance for each with firewall protection between instances, allows teachers to enter student data to generate forms that meet legal requirements, ability to provide forms and translate narrative input to English and Spanish with capacity to expand into other high incidence languages, ability to be customized by users, ability to upload and store attachments, capacity for multiple users to access documents concur, enables users to add logo and contact information to forms, ability to convert forms to .pdf format for printing, ability to aggregate and disaggregate data, maintains production and testing environments, capacity to add or embed training videos, intuitive approach to file management, capability to upload, file, catalog, search, and archive documents and data, ability to customize data reporting, access to locally uploaded data for monitoring purposes, ability to create ad hoc queries for monitoring purposes, access to locally uploaded data for monitoring purposes, ability to adjust to technology advances and allow users to ensure that all legally-required components are addressed and data are reported accurately.
