[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide broadband assessment and feasibility study to the government authority located in Colorado.
Research and Vision
- Community Engagement Develop and implement a community engagement program
that includes key stakeholders, surveys of residents and business owners, and one-on-one and
peer meetings with policy makers, anchor institutions, and key influencers.
Market Assessment
- Examine, catalogue, and compare service provider offerings in the Town of Eagle Water and Sewer service provider area to identify the baseline as the community evaluates ownership and service alternatives. Broader county-wide inclusion of non-profit and government entities like the Eagle Valley School District, the Eagle County Airport, and other similar institutions should be considered as a part of this market assessment.
Public/ Private Sector Needs
- Evaluate commercially available fiber and integrate the efforts of the community around pending public and private broadband development projects to identify the best solutions for backhaul, infrastructure installation, and primary public network solutions in order to develop an asset that not only can service residents and businesses, but also advance the broader goals to service community needs through local government. Identify Town assets and planned infrastructure deployment that could be leveraged in future smart-city infrastructure.

[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
