[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide rural water outreach services, to expand the promotion of community water fluoridation programs in rural municipalities by increasing educational, technical assistance and financial opportunities for rural water operators,
- Develop key informant interviews to understand rural water operator concerns and to identify potential opportunities to increase community water fluoridation activities state-wide,
- Provide a minimum of three learning sessions for staff to provide educational opportunities on the science, benefits, and safety of water fluoridation and the slow release tablet,
- Disseminate information to rural water operators about the availability of staff as resources for technical equipment issues, general fluoridation questions, rollback attempts, and implementation of community water fluoridation programs: Assist with advertising,
- Provide input and technical assistance in the development of community water fluoridation plans.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than May 16,2019.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
