Government Authority located in Colorado; USA based organization looking for expert vendors for Computer Aided Dispatch and Automated Vehicle Location Server.
[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide computer aided dispatch and automated vehicle location server to replace the RTD CAD/AVL Server includes a Cisco UCS-based solution with hardware, software, deployment, and support and maintenance. RTD is adding this equipment to an existing Cisco Unified Computing System. This project will require a purchase of software, servers and related equipment. The equipment must be provided by an authorized reseller that can provide equipment that shall be accepted, warrantied and supported by the original equipment manufacturer. The vendor providing this equipment must have employees that have specific authority from the original equipment manufacturer to provide sale, installation, and support services for items purchased. If software is made available via electronic download,
access to the purchased software must be provided for RTD's verification. Maintenance and Support shall begin at signed acceptance by the RTD and shall continue for a period of 36 months. The additional Technical support hours are to be used by the RTD within 36, months following RTD's signed acceptance of the installation, configuration and implementation of all equipment and software.
- Vendor shall be responsible for configuring the Cisco UCS, VMWare ESXi, VMWare vSphere, Cisco UCS networking for Ethernet and SAN, Pure storage using SAN fiber, Brocade fiber switches, Actifio backup system with Netapp storage, and Zerto disaster recovery solution that is appropriate to each virtual server.
- IT Infrastructure Projects to develop milestones and dates for all project deliverables according to RTD requirements. Vendor project manager shall work to ensure vendor provides all commitments on time, presents questions on requirements to RTD, and tracks a current timeline.
- Zerto resource must provide design and implementation on disaster recovery solution. Resource must be authorized by vendor to provide installation and design services.
- Actifio resource must provide implementation and disaster recovery ready backup solution. Resource must be authorized by vendor to provide installation and design services.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than May 23, 2019.
(3) The contract term will be for three years.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
