[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide ediscovery system to simplify and standardize the process of discovering, analysing, and delivering documents related to their legal holds process by implementing a comprehensive eDiscovery tool following objectives:
- Track, automate the legal holds workflow, and audit progress of legal holds case and materials.
• Ensure best effort content searching can be done by CAO employees across email, shared drives, personal drives, workstations, SharePoint, and a Content Management system (should the City purchase one)
• Ensure documents are stored in a secure area
• Allow for content to be reviewed and flagged as pertinent or not
• Allow for document redaction
• Share pertinent files with opposing counsel
• Speed up the restoration of workstations. Today it takes nearly 24 hours to restore an employee's workstation from Avamar. more about discovering documents faster - particular for C: drives. May not be needed depending on how the 2nd bullet is accomplished.
[C] Eligibility:
Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
