(1) Vendor needs to provide digital asset management system with the ability to perform content-based search queries against event metadata that is archived and have the option to enhance or edit metadata as refinements that can grow and evolve as our digital assets accumulate.
(2) A pre-proposal conference was held on April 22, 2016.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
