[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide architectural and mep engineering services includes the following to the government authority located in Denver, CO.
- Providing complete architectural design and mep engineering services through construction, including construction administration and closeout, includes normal architectural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineering services
- Landscaping, space planning, signage, interior design, parking operations, traffic analysis, security, fire life safety and other services particular to meeting the programmatic needs and modifications may be required
- Provide updated building records and as-built records for the completed projects.
(2) A pre-submittal conference will be held on April 30, 2019.
(3) All questions must be submitted no later than May 3, 2019.
(4) The term of the contract shall be two years.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
Budget :
