[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide academic program market analysis consultant services would include
1. Benchmarking the position of Mines’ current graduate program offerings relative to competitors within the current market landscape.
2. Identifying opportunities for improvement in the marketing, messaging and organization of existing programs to enhance market position.
3. Assessing future demand for prospective academic programs consistent with Mines’ capabilities and reputation.
4. Identifying programs and target markets with the highest potential for enrolment and revenue growth.
5. Evaluating graduate program pricing relative to competitors, including resident/non-resident tuition and fee levels (while also considering the impact of stipends, grants, or other financial aid where possible
- An overview of your organization and the background of the person(s) who will be responsible for the project. Please submit information and literature that describes your firm and its capabilities.
- Examples of experience working on similar projects and a description of specific outcomes you have achieved for clients.
- Specific experience you may have with conducting market analyses for academic programs. Samples of the analyses performed would be particularly helpful.
- A description of the methodology and process through which you would approach the analysis, including the source for data and any underlying assumptions you might use
- A proposed timeline to complete the analysis.
- Pricing structure and options to the government authority located in Broomfield, CO.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than May 1, 2019.
