[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide public safety inventory management system to perform the management of assets. This includes ordering, receiving, storing, distributing, maintaining, moving and disposing of both depreciating and consumable assets.
• To efficiently enter, maintain and track complete information about all City assets
• To track and provide information about assets assigned to personnel or various locations
• To provide centralized data entry and inventories for separate Public Safety Departments within the same system or platform
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than May 01, 2019.
(3) Contract period will be for five years.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
