(1) Vendor needs to provide Mobile Application Development Services for Support for both iOS and Android and Offline support - Portions of the app will need to function even when the user is offline or experiencing limited connectivity. Therefore, the mobile application will have the capability to cache data (including map data, content from API, etc.) on the user device for offline access.
