[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide asset management planning and economic development services for real estate services and consultation related to strategic planning for the development of city real estate assets and economic development purposes, property appraisals, fee review, brokerage services optimization or redevelopment of existing commercial properties, planning for construction of new joint-use city facilities, evaluation and optimization of the lease portfolio, disposition and development of vacant land owned by the city or the former redevelopment agency and re-use or redevelopment of existing city facilities, market and feasibility analysis, market research, space planning and demising recommendations for city properties and cash flow projection and analysis, including preparation of discounted cash flow analysis for development projects.
(2) A mandatory pre-submittal conference will be held on April 17, 2019.
(3) All questions must be submitted no later than April 10, 2019.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
