Government Authority located Colorado; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for Learning Management System Project.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide Learning Management System Project to be used for the
administration, documentation, registration, tracking, reporting, and delivery of educational courses,
training, and/or learning and development programs
· Ability for administrator to review history of all classes (number of seats available, number filled,
registrants, attendees, test results, surveys completed, etc.), assign different administrative access
levels and enforce/override registration cut off time.
· Ability to indicate category of training (supervisor, general, safety, compliance, etc.).
· Ability to record employee attendance at all training sessions and conferences and provide a certificate.
· Ability to create, edit, delete, view course information, including course name, description, prerequisites, trainers, type of training, internal cost, minimum and maximum enrolment, seats available, room set up, number of hours, equipment needs, etc.
· Ability to track class attendance and no shows. Ability to create and print course rosters and sign
in sheets. Ability to dynamically track the number of seats filled, available waitlist, etc.
· Ability to track class prerequisites and classes as part of the core curriculum and track completion
of entire core curriculum. Ability to develop classes with multiple sections.
· Ability to compile evaluations by class into an output report, and report test scores by user, class,
and other pre-defined groups
· Ability to take history from legacy system, convert and upload to HRIS system, and employee
master records.
· Ability to create and track web-based courses and microlearning.
· Ability for managers to pull reports and create training, succession plans on their subordinates.
· Ability to create opinion polls and surveys to capture demand for future training courses, provide
feedback regarding training courses, instructors, facilities, etc. Ability to create and deploy test
and other training assessments.
· Ability to notify employees and/or supervisors through email when new classes are being offered,
training reminders and assignments, cancellations, rescheduling, now shows, class changes, etc.
Ability to send calendar invitation once an employee enrolls in class.
· Ability to have an Employee Self Service Function where employees can view course catalogue,
training calendars, take on-line learning, enroll and cancel enrollment in classes, view training
history, create training plans, etc.
· Ability to track, inventory and assign training resources such as training rooms and number of
seat in each room, course materials, audio-video equipment, flip charts, trainers etc.
· Ability to link to other training sites or resources.
(2) A contract period will be for three years.

[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
