[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide financial advisor services for debt management services including monitor outstanding debt, perform debt capacity modeling, advise the district of potential debt refinancing models, including defeasance and refinancing of existing debt, advise the district of federal and state laws governing debt issuances and investments of debt proceeds, debt issuance services including advise the district regarding debt instrument timing, selection and structure, electronic bid acceptance and processing and coordination of closing on the debt to the government authority located in Denver, CO.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than April 4, 2019.
(3) Contract period will be one year.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
