[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide flood planning, design and construction oversight services to the government authority located in Longmont, CO.
- Design, permitting support, and construction oversight services for a multi-objective upper bypass structure that meets as many of the following objectives as possible in the following priority order
- Preserve the ditches’ ability to divert legally decreed water rights, reduce the high-flow energy experienced at the head gates and the upstream railroad ballast, while allowing for fish passage in the stream through a modified upper bypass structure
- Increase floodplain connectivity, increase stream resiliency, and create conditions for structure sustainability, plan for balanced cut and fill if possible, this includes minimizing opportunities for future channel plugging similar to what caused breach 2 in the 2013 flood.
(2) A mandatory pre-proposal meeting will be held on April 22, 2019.
(3) All questions must be submitted no later than April 24, 2019.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
