[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide anonymous reporting mobile application services for a mobile two-way safety communications application and risk mitigation tool that provides an immediate path for communication safety information through text, video and images to constituencies, two-way messaging with the ability for the reporter to send text, video, and images, ability to be used internationally to identify markers for safe places, such as police stations, schools and hospitals anywhere worldwide, ability to enable/disable location services as desired when using the application, mass notification and tip management modules, 24/7 phone based technical support.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than March 26, 2019.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
