Government Authority located in Colorado; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for fleet management software.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide fleet management software with the ability to facilitate daily checks for crew members at district stations.
● Ability to facilitate work orders completely in the system is required. The district is seeking to fully digitize its fleet workflows.
● Ability to track parts inventory is required. Work orders should be fully integrated with parts inventory.
● Ability to use mobile devices for receiving, scanning, and assigning parts to work orders.
● Ability to track labor and costs and produce invoices for work completed for external agencies.
● Integration with Wex fuel cards is required.
● System licensing by vehicle instead of users is preferred.
● Platform and device agnosticism are preferred; the district expects the system to be heavily used on mobile devices.
● Custom inspection sheets required. Inspection sheets will be used by both mechanics as well as apparatus crew members for a daily check of their apparatus. If items fail, the functionality of notifying certain stakeholders is required.
● Ability to integrate with telematic technology is desired.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than March 21, 2019.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
